Are Wolves or Dogs Better at Problem Solving?


15-06-16-09Domestic dogs appear to have lost some of their problem solving skills since they have become so attached to humans. There was a paper published by Monique Udell, a researcher with Oregon State University, where she describes a study that she conducted on why she believes domesticated dogs may have lost some of their natural problem solving. Are our family pets too removed from their wolf ancestors to be reliable problem solvers?
